Olive and Cucina widen his product line by launching its new frozen cooked meals line; Tradizionale, Antipasti et Gastronomia.
This technology consists to heat frozen products in the microwave without making incision in the bag. A valve, affixed in the back of the bag, controls and stabilizes steam, which balances the product’s moisture.
Receipts were elaborated by our Chef Joël Lebreux from Agro-Tech. Specialized in gastronomic industrial kitchen, M. Lebreux combines quality and flavours worthy of the best Italian restaurants.
With the consumers greater interest for a healthy nutrition, Olive and Cucina products meets the standards of the Heart and Stroke Foundation program.
